If a guy has a penchant for blackmail, then he'll put the bait in the trap for the person being extorted.
What if the extortionist WANTS to be extorted?
What if the extorted takes the bait, ASKING the extortionist to provide the bait?
And if that bait is drugs, kids to fuck, etc…, then doesn't the extortionist become subject to extortion themselves?
