suppose net down for 10 days? Not feasible with emergency services, etc. That said, maybe the "My fellow Americans" will not be a tweet but an emergency phone alert, which would be needed to be used if net is down. Been without net for 10-day and 14-day stretches due to hurricanes and still had cell service, though spotty. Just surmising…
