My sense is that anytime there's a heavy traffic bringing event the board goes flaky. I think it's just extra hardening being put in place. Can't afford another El Paso redux at this juncture that will take the board offline.
With all the YT and Twitter guys going down there's bound to be an influx here. Where else can they go? Board needs to be hardened, just in case.

How the fuck can the GOP page discussing the NYP article be blocked "in error" when other sites discussing the same article are blocked "correctly"?
Wasn't the reason for the blocks given as promoting unsubstantiated claims, or some such horseshit? Is it only unsubstantiated if anyone other than the gov discusses it?
