Will POTUS look into policies to stop companies "geo-shifting" jobs offshore? (think US -India or US -> China) We recently lost lot of software engineer jobs due to this. The economics make it too easy for public companies with no tax penalties, software can transfer over the Internet back to US with no barriers.
