Will the U.S. public start getting access to Advanced Tech and New Cures by beginning of next year?

Any hope for a Debt Jubilee for the common man, or would that be too much chaos for the markets to handle?

Can Trump assign a good team and a budget to improve Autism/Asperger's nonprofits & govt agencies, and new programs that will actually provide real useful assistance to autists with jobs, homes, and finances, and socially. In-home counseling, and remote via internet, would be much more effective too.

So far the only thing I've received from them is a pamphlet about how to act more normal, and a ebook about how to go on job interviews.
