Q and team need to advise their agencies that in order for MOST Americans to be able to understand the stuff they write, it needs to be written SIMPLER, less HR speak. For example: "stakeholders", "mitigated", "infrastructure". Also, the sentences need to be less complex.

Nearly 70% of HS grads can barely read in some States!

The newspaper was historically written on a 6th grade level, and then was lowered to a 4th grade level.

If an informed populace is truly desired, it will only be attainable if "transparency" considers LITERACY.

There seems to be SO much circular speak in DC that most things don't really say anything of interest or import.

Less is MORE.

stick to the main points/key elements without being arrogant sounding or condescending.

DOJ does a pretty good job with keeping it simple, but for God sakes, get rid of PR buzzwords: "democracy", "stakeholders", "workers", "sustainability", etc.

reeks of BS progressive-speak and can turn off the audience you are trying to reach.
