I have been considering history a lot recently and during that I also wanted to confirm if my thoughts were correct so I took the time to look up the gov site which outlines the rights and responsibilities of being a citizen of the country. Of course I already knew these things beforehand but I just wanted to make sure there was actual documented and public releases on it (so nobody could claim I was wrong). My bottom line question to both myself and fellow Americans is: At what point are we (citizens) legally able to combat those that are (clearly) working to undermine our nation? What did the Founders set into place for us to do so, if anything?

Note this is for every American citizen and what our responsibilities are. Is it illegal to act when facing a direct counter to these, that is the question?

1) Support and defend the Constitution.

2) Stay informed of the issues affecting your community.

3) Participate in the democratic process.

4) Respect and obey federal, state, and local laws.

5) Respect the rights, beliefs, and opinions of others.

6) Participate in your local community.

7) Pay income and other taxes honestly, and on time, to federal, state, and local authorities.

9) Serve on a jury when called upon.

10) Defend the country if the need should arise.

Numbers 1 and 10 stand out. Defend the Constitution, defend the country should the need arise. Are we not completely beyond that line at this point as we have internal traitors working to destroy both the country and the Constitution? At what point can American citizens act in the best interest of the country by removing those anti American people/groups? I would think that point has already crossed the line given what I have seen.
