ACB looks like she'll be confirmed on 10/23. If so, the next day the Supreme Court gets together will be 10/30 (interesting day!) for a Conference Day. Assuming John Roberts is comped, this tips the SC majority into a safe 5-4

C) What is the role of the SENATE?"

The Senate confirms the Cabinet and SC Justices, can investigate with more powers, and blocks impeachment efforts.

In totality, it seems that we now need to keep the Presidency + Senate, and initiate the firings of Chris Wray, Sally Moyer, and Jason V. Herring to get the arrests ball rolling.
