Half of people polled agree with Supreme Court ruling limiting Whitmer’s powers

LANSING, Mich. (WJRT) - Half of Michigan voters agree with the Supreme Court ruling that nullified some of Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s coronavirus orders, according to a new exclusive ABC12 poll.

Another 43% in the EPIC-MRA poll for ABC12 say they disagreed with that ruling.

Days after the Oct. 2 ruling was announced, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services announced similar orders under a different state law.
