yea I think it's too late for many places
If they switch out the candidate it's too late to get on the ballot in may places, they would have to accept automatic forfeit in many states. And what about the people that already voted for Biden, those votes wouldn't automatically go to a new candidate they would be lost. Total disaster for them.
