What if this is all true?

What if MI is holding all the investigations and the 3 letter agencies work for MI and they are not in control of the investigations?

What if MI investigations are protected from oversight under 'State Secrets'?

What if Barr, Wray, Huber and Duram are just assisting MI and have no power over the investigations?

Could that explain their inaction?

Once MI start the arrests, this whole plan will be exposed. Is this why it takes time? They want to take them all down in one big swope?
