Going back to Hollywoo anon who talked about the long-faced, long-teeth clones, my guess Harris is the chosen one of the faction who's behind Obama. They needed Biden to get them the nomination, then just steal the election and Harris is in.
Critical at this juncture to get Biden off the ticket, IMO.
