The exchange rate of US$ vs HK$ drop (or rise? finance is not my thing) greatly that the Hong Kong Monetary Authority has to use HK's reserve fund to remedy the exch rate.
Are there any bad actors targeting HK? Or is it just due to the Trade war between US and China?
