Clinton foundation charged with evading up to $2.5 billion in taxes

A U.S. federal judge ruled that a tax evasion complaint against the Clinton Foundation should go forward. Bill and Hillary Clinton’s organization is accused of evading up to $2.5 billion in taxes, according to a report by Just The News.

U.S. Tax Court Judge David Gustafson denied the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) dismissal on Oct. 8, after two tax experts filed a complaint against the Clinton family charity for tax exemption violations.

The judge ruled that the whistleblowers, John Moynihan, a former Drug Enforcement Administration official, and Larry Doyle, a corporate tax compliance expert, “provided ‘specific credible documentation’ supporting their allegations.”

For the judge, the IRS “abused its discretion” in trying to dismiss the allegations against the Clinton Foundation.

Gustafson said the IRS Complaints Bureau (WB) mistakenly denied Moynihan and Doyle’s allegations simply because the IRS Criminal Investigation (CI) office sent an email saying that the issues in the complaint were closed.

The record “fails to support the WBO’s conclusion that CI hadn’t proceeded with any action based on petitioners’ information. Accordingly, we deny the motion on the grounds that the WBO abused its discretion in reaching its conclusion, because not all of its factual determinations underlying that conclusion are supported by that record,” Gustafson wrote.

Cutter Valiant returns home after interdicting $27 million in cocaine

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Coast Guard Cutter Valiant returned to Naval Station Mayport Tuesday after completing a seven-week counter-drug patrol in the Eastern Pacific Ocean.

While on patrol, the Valiant crew interdicted and seized more than 1,600 pounds of cocaine with an estimated street value of over $27 million. Three suspected narcotics traffickers were detained with the assistance of a Maritime Patrol Aircraft, off the coast of Panama, in support of Joint Interagency Task Force South.

“I could not be more proud of team Valiant as we successfully executed another difficult patrol in the face of a global pandemic,” said Cmdr. Jeff Payne, Valiant’s commanding officer. “This patrol was especially challenging with over 40 percent of the crew transferring prior to departure and several equipment casualties that required unique workarounds, but the crew always kept a positive attitude.”

U.S. Only Country to Hold Iran's Mullahs Accountable

Elliott Abrams, the U.S. Special Representative for Iran and Venezuela, pointed out during a hearing at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee that "The U.S. is committed to holding accountable those who deny freedom and justice to people of Iran and later today the United States will announce sanctions on several Iranian officials and entities including the judge who sentenced Navid Afkari to death."

Holding the Iranian leaders accountable only for human rights violation is not enough. Pressure must be imposed on the regime to stop its military adventurism.

Iran has also, since the beginning of the JCPOA, brought terror and assassination plots to the EU. If the mullahs acquire nuclear weapons and missiles to deliver them, they will not even need to use them; just the threat to European cities should be enough to produce instantaneous acquiescence. German intelligence has acknowledged that more than 1,000 members of Hezbollah, Iran's proxy, use the country to recruit, raise money and buy arms.

The EU needs to stop its appeasement policies with Iran's mullahs. It needs to join the US in holding the Iranian leaders accountable.

The only Western government taking concrete steps to hold the Iranian regime accountable for its human rights violations, destabilizing behavior and aggressive policies in the Middle East is the Trump administration. On September 24, the United States blacklisted and slapped sanctions on several Iranian officials and entities over gross violations of human rights. Sanctions were also imposed on the judge who was involved in issuing the death sentence for the Iranian wrestling champion, Navid Afkari.

Donald J. Yeager disavowed his social security number when he turned 18. As a "Fundamentalist Christian", he believes that being identified by any number, including, if not especially, a social security number, is having the "Mark of the Beast". The "Mark of the Beast" concept comes from Revelation Chapter 13. The idea is that the Antichrist is going to require the Mark in order for you to "buy or sell" making getting the mark a smart business move in the short run, but in the long run it is not such a good idea, because of what one of the angels is going to do:
