Providing the "no-communication theorum" doesn't prevent scientists from figuring out which entangled particle was measured first, a universal moment of simultaneity could be discovered from two entangled particles in different relativistic reference frames.

Maybe, I hope. I'm biased, because removing the causality issue would make FTL, and therefore interstellar exploration and planetary colonization, a much more believable goal.
