I'm checking the archives, and I can't find where Q confirms the meaning of the watches in post #3232. Anybody else remember this?

After extensive checking, I can't find any confirmation from Q of the meaning of the two watches from post #3232 that the Anon referenced earlier.
He did, however, mention the first one (marker 1) again in post #3456
on July 18th 2018, and also again in post number #3457
While I'm here, I'll also note that the watch the Anon referenced is the one with the reflection of the Oval Office in it from post #3247
