Hmm… It's hard to say for sure.

Here is another idea - if you were someone with dirt on Biden or the like, and you wanted to let them know what you have on them - you could easily buy a computer, make it look like it belongs to your dirtied target, then add contents that show them what you have. You then leave it at a repair shop and the repair shop tries to get a hold of you.

If you were to pick it up and see what was on it, - you would then be appraised of how fucked you were.

I am trying to source it - but I came across some translator notes in a manhua I was reading where they noted that a Chinese slang term "y-head" was referring to a young girl or someone inexperienced. It is in reference to the way many young girls in China wear their hair when they are yong, forming a "y".

When I saw that note, I immediately thought of Q's drop. It could be a specific reference to a Chinese person who is either seen as inexperienced or who is literally young, for some reason (or who the Chinese call that as a sort of pejorative).

Q seems to love trolling by using things our mutual enemies say among each other.

So, you know how Q mentioned Kazakhstan?

https://www.world-nuclear.org/information-library/country-profiles/countries-g-n/kazakhstan.aspx

I've got a theory and it takes a while to explain. North Korea lacks the ability to manufacture nuclear warheads. Iran lacks the machining and end stage refinement to make a nuclear warhead. Israel lacks the raw resources and primary stage refinement.

Uranium One shipments went to Ukraine.

Iran is CIA.

North Korea is CIA (or otherwise investor operated)

Ukraine is CIA.

Individually, they lack total capacity for nuclear weapon production. Collectively, however, the capacity exists. This was something that always bothered me about North Korea - where did they get additional nuclear weapons? More interestingly - where was Iran obtaining its Uranium and where was its later stage refinement (breeder reactors and/or warhead machining capacity)?

Was the CIA running a clandestine nuclear weapons program?

The navy seal who shot bin laden?

One must wonder if he really did shoot bin laden (or who he thought was bin laden) - if he did so in violation of orders - IE - orders to capture and, instead, operator terminates to tie up a loose end and prevent interrogation.

Alternatively - Osama was captured and relocated as part of that operation and the whole shooting thing is a cover - perhaps carried out by our own military to deceive domestic threats in office.

Hard to know, as we are getting into a lot of what-ifs.
