In my opinion, this is related! But am I the only one who think that!?

I can´t read the whole thing (Georg Soros), but I read it the day it came out.

It describes what Merkel has to to with regard to Ukraine or what Macron has to to, how they allow Putin to save is face after everything is done and that GS would be able to invest 1 billion in Ukraine to show something to the buisness world.

Maybe I don´t understand it right, but in my view, the email and the non paper describing the same.

So is my conclusion… The atlantic guy, Obama and Soros are in some kind of "wag the dog" style…
