Q-are the covid tests in NY fixed so that everyone test positive? My Daughter tested 3x now over 24 day period and can't return to work until she has two negatives. She is now panicked that she might not be able to vote in person either and I was wondering if that is THEIR evil motive. Further, had to sign quarantine agreement (Chemung County, NY) that says they can take her against her will if she violates quarantine.
