Drop #1413 is a very simple drop really with not a lot of decoding required. The owl is symbolic of who or whatever is the Guardian, of the Pope.

If true, this means that George Soros works for the Pope or the Guardian of the Pope and that this is who truly controls the [D]emocratic party.
