The outside world (beyond America) is much more asleep now than US citizens. It appears that Trump's victory over the cabal in America will be obvious to the citizens, while in foreign territories the people are almost completely oblivious. They still think Trump is a Russian agent. America first, and then the world. The world will awaken after America has risen.
