Also what works for one may not work for another. I tend to react differently than other people. "This stuff makes calm" (It's speedy for me and vice versa) I just had some stuff that was so speedy you can see where I had a mental breakdown on the board. ugh. Don't know the name /type, but I'll be watching it for that too avoid it.
