Rudy is the guy who knows exactly who you have to 'yell' at to get something done. No need to waste your time yelling at the wrong person with Rudy around.
I'm guessing Kimba Wood fucked up, and Rudy knows exactly whose ass she is supposed to be covering.
Wood (and Pelosi, too, while we're at at) will probably make things worse trying to explain away their fuck ups, so who ever they're covering for is best advised to jettison them now, or Rudy will make sure it gets real ugly.
