Arrests within the next 16 days would only give ENERGY (voter turnout +) to the Dems. Those that are voting Trump will do so regardless of whether arrests come before the election or not, even if they might be upset about it. The last thing Trump needs is for the Dems to increase their voter turnout, since this election will significantly be decided by whose base will turn out in larger numbers to vote. Trump has all the energy and enthusiasm behind him right now and his voters will turn out in HUGE numbers. Sleepy Joe is right where we need him and his upcoming weeks will only get harder; no reason to boost his otherwise non-existent campaign by giving the media a "Trump arrests political enemies days before the election!" headline to run ad nauseam, enraging the sheep to vote in BIG numbers.
TLDR: Theory that arrests are coming AFTER the election, not before.
