QUESTION FOR LAWFAGS

if an employer forces employees to wear a mask (solely because of CV), why aren't they guilty of practicing medicine without a license?

telling someone to wear a surgical mask for medical reasons IS a medical prescription, based upon a medical diagnosis.

the employer is NOT a licensed physician. ergo, practicing medicine w/o a license.

>your only recourse is to sue them in court

DUH! i'm asking if anyone KNOWS whether or not someone has a snowball's chance in hell of winning on that basis?

what about suing DA's for failure to do their duty? can that be done?
