Yes. The pattern is one of promising action, and failing to deliver. These are stories from 4 years ago. Maybe Trump tried and failed. Maybe he would do better in a second term. The fact is though, he failed to deliver arrests in the last 4 years, failed to get a handle on big tech and the media, and will probably lose the election because of it. Too little, too late.
He failed to do anything about this also.
