What’s rather interesting is that these guys are so readily destroying their careers by saying something when they could remain silent. An ex-intelligence professional that failed to grasp wtf was going on has no place in public life.
Maybe so. But you’d think he might want to avoid the limelight. Unless, of course, he’s being lent on to speak out. Which is possible too. Self defeating, but quite possible.
