23 and me: what control/power lies in having a dna database monopoly?
a lot of angles:
think credit reporting agencies, did you ever agree? did you sign up? are you their client? can you get a loan from a financial institution without a credit score/check?
the relationship is them and the banks, and they get data from most transactions and loans, income and much of what you do, buy and own, spend.
while congress has some control, they prolly never allowed it and do not have true oversight or control, much of how the agencies rate a person is secrets/propietory. over time even renting a house requires good credit.
so 23and me, a dna database will be to everything in your life what the credit agencies are to your financial situation.
when biometric id and id2020 come into play with digital currency and id, and vax certification needed to buy and sell, who will the verifier be?
the dna database will own your persona and identity because they not you will work with everyone on your behalf, just as now where a bank will not give you a mortgage without a creidt check/score, syou will not get insurance, will not be able to buy/sell or do anything they can control and restrict with tech without a dna database confiming you are you.
just like ss #s illegally morphed into id's, and credit agencies morphed into being required for alot moar power than planned, dna database will approve through verification everything you do in your life.
basically you will have no inalienable rights if their plan succeeds, rights will be granted and verified with a positive id from the dna database. if they dont like a social media post you will be denied access to internet because dna database will be your log on. if they want to deny you work and a job they can use a actuarial table against your dna to give you a bad work ethic rating, all this can and will be used misused for power and control.
bottom line is you are you, but in a future world, the ones who control the database of dna will own you, they will assigns you rights in society controlled by big tech just as a computer admin. assigns access on a computer network, and can lock you out also.
