What you CAN do (with just Name and Date of Birth):

>Change someone's party affiliation to block them voting in primaries

>Invalidate an UNCAST Ballot by saying that the old one was lost(If it is then used it will be rejected)

>Print a new ballot

>Vote for someone who has not yet cast their ballot with just Name, DOB and signature (lol)

>Vote for absentees

What you CAN'T do:

>Change CAST votes

>Vote online (you must print the ballot)

>Change their information without some other verification (still lax)

The meer fact that this exists proves beyond a doubt that the elcxtion WAS corruptible. It does not matter if there is proof of it being corrupted, it COULD HAVE BEEN. The entire state of Oregon, Washington and Alaska (among others as we are investigating) have results that quite simply cannot be trusted. Many states also refused to check signatures against those on file after the 2016 election which means that they will likely do the same here so it is very easy for nefarious actors to corrupt the election in this way.
