Who the hell is the named defendant? Wikileaks? Russia? Can't sue a sovereign country (except SA for 9/11). Doubt they have standing to sue Wikileaks or, even if they do establish Article III standing, the pleadings are so fucking out there and frivolous that no judge will allow it to proceed. This is just smoke and mirrors because the Russia narrative is collapsing like a house of cards.

Who's repping them? Perkins Coie? FRCP Rule 11 controls frivolous pleadings. They ought to be sanctioned for filing this horse shit. They don't even have standing. Trump Campaign didn't injure them. They can't prove a damn thing because nothing happened.

Apparently they're unfamiliar with the discovery process. They file lawsuit, Trump campaign gets discovery, finds dirt, DNC goes down like a sinking ship. This lawsuit shouldn't even survive summary judgment. There shouldn't even be discovery in this case because it's a patently frivolous and vexatious suit.

Trying to find it in PDF form. Reading it on that site and not being able to copy/paste is pissing me off. It's all hearsay and conjecture based on what I've read so far. They're really going after Trump with civil RICO, this WILL backfire.

Bottom line with this DNC suit is that they're pleading actual intrusion into their computers. Now…in the discovery process, they would be mandated to turn over any and all evidence. Inculpatory and exculpatory. They can't do that because THEY WERE NOT HACKED.
