Because there are some crafty, fine lined tricks one can do to circumvent the courts in a 'legal' way.
Moral ethics and the ethics of law are not good bedfellows.
Perhaps they want the craziest plots we could imagine, to cross reference but I highly doubt. One would surely hope any legal aid of the big guy would be above any pagrade found on here.
