I've met Paul and Nancy. Paul is known as a "good guy" and "Old School San Francisco" and he is. I know tons of people who know him, he's a golfer. NP is actually from Baltimore. He may have been corrupted badly by NP though, who is anything but "Old School San Francisco." She's more of a google/facebook san francisco.

I just say, the Trump Admin is locking up 1000 child traffickers and molestors every month. That shuts them up. Libtard demoncrats need to be shut up so they can listen. Most are so dumbed down, they are truly not useful, except as marxist idiots.

If the pots is legalized under Trump, he will be credited, and deservedly so, not the demoncrats. He needs to be enlightened as to how the Rockefellers War on Drugs eliminated pot and replaced it with their own exceedingly harmful medico/pills culture. The article is probably the best description I've seen about how the cabal actually operates to harm the People and our country.

The police are nothing more than the thuggish street face of an extremely corrupt govt. they spend their days committing extortion, theft, battery and murder against the people, while they enforce a corrupt code. SCOTUS has ruled that the police's duty is to enforce the revenue code against the People (theft), not to protect and serve the People. This is why the cops had no duty to rush into the Parkland school shooting and stop it. No duty to do so.

The police should be disarmed, dramatically reduced in number, and made to stay in their stations until called. They are nothing more than Gestapo who didnt even exists until the 1880s, after the real Republic was lost.

Deport MS-13, dramatically reduce police funding and powers. Get these people-hating gangs off our streets.

Under the procedures, a defendant would receive many, but not all, of the due process protections guaranteed to a defendant in a U.S. civilian criminal court. The tribunal procedures guarantee the following due process protections:

An accused will be provided with defense counsel and can also have a lawyer of his or her own choosing, either a military or civilian attorney.

The accursed will be presumed innocent until proven guilty. The prosecution must prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt.

An accused may refuse to testify during trial. The accused will have the right to obtain witnesses and documents necessary for the defense.

A person accused may not be tried twice before a military commission for the same offense

An accused will be allowed to negotiate and enter into a plea agreement.

Under the procedures, however, a person can be convicted in a commission trial by a two-thirds majority of the commissioners: Unanimous verdicts are not required. Evidence, including previous trial testimony and written statements, will be admissible if it tends to prove or disprove the case at hand. The exclusionary rule, which keeps illegally seized evidence out of a civilian criminal trial, does not apply. The procedures do not provide for appeals from a guilty verdict to civilian judges. They do, however, call for "reviews" of a verdict by a three-member panel selected by the secretary of defense. No verdict will be final until approved by the president or the secretary of defense .
