The Dec. 21 EO regarding corruption spells out the massive scope of this. If white-hats had been able to demonstrate that the cabal had already been using the FISA court to violate the constitution and made the case that the only way to stop the corruption was to use the same apparatus against them, the might have been able to obtain a blanket warrant based on the actions of the opposition.
This may explain why Q spent sooooo much media time on the FISA abuse part of this. The opposition can no longer claim that using civilian collection poisons the evidence since they used the same mechanism and did it illegally.
