The chemical TCP which Shell & Dow Chemical knew was toxic to humans was kept secret. CA is exposed through drinking water. Shell sued for $82 million (article dated 1/18).
Trichloroproane (TCP) is known to CA to cause cancer. As of 4/17, 94 public water systems in CA contaminated. Exposure to TCP for a short period causes eye, skin, breathing problems.
EPA says TCP linked with depression of the central nervous system and negatively impacts one’s memory, ability to concentrate, muscle coordination (article dated 7/17). Did they give this to Otto?
