it's moot. Hussein was/is a fraud, poser. those rules of pardon don't apply, among many others.

as I understand it, The Corp. has been operating unconstitutionally, rather than dissolved or chartered as an unconstitutional entity, per se…not my forte, leave it to more knowledgeable others to right this mess.
