Call to argument

I guess that many anons trying to redpill/educate normies out there on Hunter Biden's emails scandal are facing the dumb arguments in the pics. I was going to reply but I thought that maybe it's better making a list of counter-arguments with facts and sources so that other anons facing the same situation can better countering and with less effort (sometimes we give up because it's too time consuming looking for sources etc).

So, I still have to find sources, but my main points so far would be these:

1- If those emails aren't real, why nobody in the Biden's campaign isn't making a clear statement about that (I'm not sure if as of TODAY that's still true. A source could be the interview on FOX by the Biden's campaign manager that refused to say so)

2- Same argument again, why isn't Hunter Biden negate so?

3- Why there are emails from HB lawyer asking for the laptop to being given back? (source to find)

3- Why is there a GJ order for sizing the laptop one year ago and the FBI, if those emails aren't true, isn't stating that considering it would interfere with a fair election process?

4- Considering that the FBI is sitting on the material in that laptop from a year, if those emails aren't true and a result of Russian agents forgery, why the FBI isn't proceeding against Giuliani for foreign intereference? (they could counter that Wray is comped. There are a lot of trump people prosecuted for Russian intereference but I guess all started under Comey)
