I believe in an honest election Trump will spank the ever loving crap outta the Dems, but it all depends upon how effective/much the cheating is.

I don't believe Congress has any sort of Authority to give the President an Ultimatum. She is clearly in dereliction of duty, and holding the public good hostage to her partisan demands. That alone should be sufficient, if not for charges of treason/sedition to at least get her removed from office.
