DOCUMENT, PHOTOS: Mother Accuses Biden Group Of Misconduct In Teen Boy Bathroom Encounter

Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden fundraised for his daughter-in-law Kathleen’s nonprofit group the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project, which sends court-appointed attorneys to insert themselves into divorce and custody cases on behalf of children. The DC Volunteer Lawyers Project quietly dismissed a volunteer lawyer who was accused of propositioning a teen boy in a courthouse bathroom in 2011.

The boy’s mother told NATIONAL FILE that she believes the Biden group’s volunteer lawyer was using his power to victimize her son as part of a pattern of the employee inviting “boys” to his home for supposed mentoring. Her son, who she said does not want to be involved in a political article for fear of his own employment, confirmed the basic details of his mother’s version of events but says that he did not feel victimized — however, witnesses confirm that he felt victimized at the time of the incident. A witness calls the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project a “sleazy group” and said “they hang out all over the courthouses.”

Congressman: If Schiff Was Not a Member of Congress, His Lies May Cost Him Jail Time

Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-NY) on Monday suggested Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) could be in jail for lying if he was not a member of Congress. Zeldin’s remark follows the House Intelligence Committee Chairman asserting — without evidence — the bombshell Hunter Biden reports are part of a Russia disinformation campaign.

“If you lie to Congress, you can go to jail for a long time. On the other hand, liars who are actually in Congress like Schiff instead get rewarded with increased power and title,” Zeldin said:

During an appearance on CNN last week, Schiff told host Wolf Blitzer the recent Hunter Biden bombshell reports — which indicate that Joe Biden met with an adviser to the board of Burisma less than a year before he threatened to withhold aid from the country unless a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating the company was fired — are “from the Kremlin.”

“We know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin, that’s been clear for well over a year now that they’ve been pushing this false narrative about this vice president and his son,” Schiff said:

The idea that the president, the White House counsel and others were made aware that Giuliani was being used by Russian intelligence and using Russian intelligence, in the sense of meeting with an agent of the Kremlin and pushing out this Kremlin narrative, the idea that they were knowing and still on the floor of the Senate during the impeachment trial pushing this Kremlin narrative is pretty breathtaking. But at this point we can’t be shocked anything this administration does, no matter how craven.

Exclusive — Peter Schweizer: Hunter Biden’s Flipped Business Partner Provided 26,000 Emails

Schweizer, appearing on Breitbart News Saturday on SiriusXM 125 the Patriot Channel, said that former Hunter Biden business partner Bevan Cooney provided 26,000 emails to him—the first of which were published late last week in a Breitbart News exclusive investigation by Schweizer and author Seamus Bruner. Cooney is currently serving a sentence in federal prison due to his conviction over financial deals he made connected to Hunter Biden and his other partner Devon Archer. Archer, who was also convicted by a jury in federal court, saw his conviction vacated by a federal judge. That conviction was later—just a couple weeks ago—reinstated by an appellate court, which overruled the lower court judge’s decision to vacate it. Archer awaits sentencing.
