Q isn't a fortune teller, nor is he "predicting outcomes."
He is telling us what is going to happen, not only because he is making the decisions on one side, but because he also has his opponent's playbook.
When he says something like "TRUST WRAY," he's not saying Wray is a good guy. He's telling us to trust the decision to keep Wray as FBI Director–knowing how the Deep State will command Wray to behave. (With the "end game" being to expose the corrupt behavior of the Deep State to the public.)
Q is also giving Wray and the Deep State, who follow his posts, a false sense of security– by making him think that Q/Trump/Patriots trust him. So Wray then feels confident to make bizarre and blatant moves (following the orders of the DS) that clearly appear suspicious.
Wray doesn't care about "appearing suspicious" as long as his side ultimately wins. However, he also doesn't realize that he is unwittingly serving as a pawn to his opponents, who are using his suspect behavior IN CONCERT with countless other seemingly unconnected happenings that will ultimately lead to Trump being reelected in a LANDSLIDE.
Not just a LANDSLIDE, but a D5 AVANLANCHE of public support.
How do you inspire normal people to go out of their way to express support for the President?
Would normal people feel the need to go out their way to express support for the President, if they felt he was being treated fairly by the media and government agencies?

Why? Not only to avoid the appearance/accusation of dictator, (arresting all political opponents) but also to INSPIRE normal Americans to aggressively vocalize their support for the President and saving America.
