it is not low-income housing….it issubsidedhousing projects that are the problem because the people that live there do not pay for it so they treat the place -and their neighborhood- like crap. Some of the most well kept manicured lawns, etc are in low income neighborhoods where the owners are mostly old folks and young families in a starter home ; this guy is the typical jerk from Jersey …chip on his shoulder
