Thanks. I'm gonna dig through this frivolous piece of shit. The beautiful part of it is that they are alleging shit that never happened, can't prove a negative and its on the plaintiff, not defendant. They're also alleging hacking so….turn over the evidence. Oh wait it doesn't exist because DNC was not hacked. These people are STUPID.

It won't even reach discovery. Or shouldn't. The pleadings are all grounded in hearsay and conjecture. "Donald Trump said this." So fucking what if he said he loves Wikileaks. That's not evidence. They have proffered NOTHING in the way of evidence. The suit should be dismissed with prejudice on summary judgment.

Of course. But I sure as shit wouldn't want the general public to have it. Which is what will happen if this goes to discovery and somehow the video is produced. They're digging their own graves.

You can but federal courts are reluctant to keep shit under seal. Probably a protective order will be issued if discovery commences but it ALL comes out if they go to trial. This assumes the video is in possession of any of the defendants. This is also (one of the ways) how illegally obtained evidence becomes legal and admissible in a court of law. In criminal proceedings.

Truth is an absolute defense to defamation. This is really stupid of McCabe but is also a pattern of desperate behavior. Trump is rattling them so much that they're fucking up big time.

Hearsay and conjecture. They refused to allow the FBI to examine their computers. So now they suddenly care? Judge will ask them that. How can they give a remotely plausible explanation? They weren't even hacked. They have to prove beyond a preponderance of the evidence that they were hacked. Prove a negative? They can't establish standing (plausible pleading of damages) with Trump's campaign statements or "cheerleading." Need EVIDENCE. They'd have to falsify evidence or otherwise manipulate it. That's perjury. That's also sanctionable conduct. It's also fraud upon the court. Are they trying to get MORE DoJ referrals or just straight up arrested in open court by a US Marshal? Meh

Yeah they wanna make it look like they're on the offensive, but their myopia will fuck them in the ass. Taking the long view, this lawsuit is self-destructive. Then again, most Democrats only think about the here and now, not the consequences of their actions.

I really can't make heads or tails. This makes no sense for the DNC to do this unless it's just Democrats being DUMB ASS Democrats. They're arrogant, that's for sure. So I would not be surprised if they're so delusional they think anything good can come out of this for them.
