Ads running on the article from Q's post… Just want to point this out.

Anon's who "live abroad" may be seeing the dumbocrat campaigns for "US citizens" living - ahem - "abroad". Other than language settings (engrish? spanish?) … how can the advertisers accurately identify anons as "US citizens" ??? Trick question - they can't. They're running these ads to EVERYBODY IN THE WORLD, possibly only certain languages - this ad is obviously in english, but what language is anon's browser set to??? The point is this: there will be a billion mail in ballots from all over the world.
