Anon's got some questions. Doesn't the USPS have an enforcement arm? Doesn't the USPS have an intel dept, one of the 17 U.S. Intel Agencies? What's to stop the USPS to use their intel/enforcement power to order each and every post office in the country to starting on 28 or 29 October to have all post offices to separate all ballots during the day, and then within 10 minutes of the close of business hours, sent a guarded USPS truck to hand deliver to the polling station? Maybe the USPS could even use the National Guard. That would guarantee that the polling stations receive all mail-in ballots postmarked no later than 03 November before the polls close on Election Day.
