Debate Commission Will Silence Microphones in Final Debate

The Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) has adopted a new rule ahead of Thursday’s second and final presidential debate and will silence the microphone of the candidate who does not have the floor during the uninterrupted two-minute periods at the start of each segment.

The Commission cited their prior announcement to consider “additional structure” to future debates following the first presidential debate with moderator Chris Wallace. The first debate saw several interruptions from both candidates and Wallace. While Joe Biden (D) set the tone by interrupting first, Wallace later stated that Trump bore the “primary responsibility” for what occurred during the debate.

“The Commission has determined that it is appropriate to adopt measures intended to promote adherence to agreed upon rules and inappropriate to make changes to those rules,” it said in a statement, detailing its plan to enforce the rule:

Under the agreed upon debate rules, each candidate is to have two minutes of uninterrupted time to make remarks at the beginning of each 15 minute segment of the debate. These remarks are to be followed by a period of discussion. Both campaigns this week again reaffirmed their agreement to the two-minute, uninterrupted rule. The Commission is announcing today that in order to enforce this agreed upon rule, the only candidate whose microphone will be open during these two-minute periods is the candidate who has the floor under the rules. For the balance of each element, which by design is intended to be dedicated to open discussion, both candidates’ microphones will be open.

The CPD added that “neither campaign may be totally satisfied with the measures today” but added that it is “comfortable that these actions strike the right balance and that they are in the interest of the American people, for whom these debates are held”:

The Commission announced the topics for the upcoming debate last week, selected by moderator Kristen Welker, who has established ties to the Democrat Party.

President Trump has already expressed his opinion of Welker ahead of the debate, describing her as “terrible & unfair, just like most of the Fake News reporters.”

“But I’ll still play the game,” he added. The people know! How’s Steve Scully doing?”:

[Justice]Roberts Sides with Liberals in Pennsylvania Vote-by-Mail Battle

The U.S. Supreme Court rejected a Republican application to stay the decision of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to grant the Democratic Party’s request to make several changes to mail-in voting that critics have decried as vulnerable to fraud.

As Breitbart News reported last month, “The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled … that ballots received three days after Election Day will still be counted — even if there is no evidence they were postmarked on time.”

Republicans sought a stay.

The Supreme Court, however, split 4-4 on the request, leaving the decision of the lower court in place. Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the Court’s liberal minority; the remaining four conservative justices sided with the Republican request.

The Court currently has only eight justices, due to the passing last month of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Trump Gets a Surprising New Endorsement [from rapper '50 cent]Who Realizes How Biden Would Hit Him in the Wallet

Posted at 9:30 pm on October 19, 2020 by Nick Arama

Sounds like Joe Biden may try to tell 50 Cent that “you ain’t black” after he hears what 50 Cent said today. Because it surely isn’t good for Biden.

Now 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, is not a fan of President Donald Trump and indeed has made comments and repeated false impressions of the president.

So that’s why it was all the more shocking when he announced on Monday that he just couldn’t vote for Joe Biden because of his horrible tax plan, that he was telling people to vote for Trump.

👀WHAT THE FCK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT, 🏃‍♂️💨FCK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. 🤷🏽‍♂️I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya fucking mind. 😤 pic.twitter.com/uZu02k2Dlz

From Daily Wire:

“WHAT THE F***! (VOTE ForTRUMP),” posted Jackson. “I’M OUT, 🏃‍♂️💨.”

“F*** NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. 🤷🏽‍♂️,” he wrote.

“I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people,” added the rapper, “62% are you out of ya f***ing mind.”

Now of course, he’s wrong about “Trump doesn’t like black people,” he’s swallowed the media line on that one. But now that he sees how the Democrats would take the money right out of his pocket, he gets it, he gets how bad they would be. In his case the rate is likely to be over 60% if he votes for Biden. Who would vote for that?

The problem of course is that Biden isn’t just going to take the money from the those who are getting paid a lot, like 50 Cent. Biden has repeatedly promised to repeal the Trump tax cut, a cut that benefited 82% of Americans. Which would mean that all those people would have to pay more in taxes, rather than less under Trump.

When Biden finally got called out on this in the last week, after repeating it without being questioned for months, he tried to spin it as though he wouldn’t be repealing all the Trump cuts, if he was elected. But he’s been saying it for months without any limitations. On top of all that, even the taxes he’s admitting he’ll impose are likely to harm businesses just getting back on their feet after the pandemic, harm jobs and crater the economy.

The first step often to being red pilled is where you really see the leftism hurting you personally.

Every American should be looking at what Trump is promising vs. Biden. When you look at the actual policies, you get how bad Biden would be for Aemrica.(sic)
