NSA Traffic cam pics date after St.Patrick's 2014

Some sharp-eyed anon at UK thread finding pics and vid caps which show:

1) Trees still bare by St. Patrick's 2014. Q pic trees have some green in them. Spring.

2) Looking at construction shroud on a particular tower at Westminster Palace from

17MAR2014 to 20APR2014.

In addition, the St.Pat's pic provided shows a high tide by the rise of the gangplank which matches the elevated gangplank in LisaMI6 and ROT1 pics. When compared with MEASURED tide data from London Port Authority we got a very comfy high tide match of 7.17 meters at 2:26pm. Therefore, we are looking for a late evening high tide match with a low moon such as that in ROT1. Best dates for that were MAR 20 and 22 but trees are still bare as of 3/17.

So, best low moon evenings in April are from 4/15 to 4/20.

Anons can help with finding pics of the shrouding on Westminster Palace from 3/17 to 4/20. Must appear like the one seen in LMI6. Also, if you are familiar with Stellarium or other night sky simulator, you can add your eyes to this dig. The moon is at a bearing of approx. 151.5 degrees from the traffic cam on Hungerford Bridge.
