Flightaware has nothing for it too. I think they are trying to stop us from tracking them, hence why ads-b.nl keeps going offline.
Ads-b.nl has a flight logged for BAF647 on 18th April - that might have been the outbound flight.
There's a P3-Orion outbound from the Seattle area but I can't see any other significant traffic. Remember that fighters don't usually show up on ADS-B though.
