This floored me. Xe is trying to get Dinesh to use this statistical approach to automatically detect Seditious voting within parties.

For example calculate how many times a Republican votes against their own party.

Civil comes up with several other mathematical ways to expose these sleepers but what really floored me is how we could then use this knowledge to identify scientifically cells of sleepers and then analyze the funding sources of these cells.

Yeah we manually have pieced together a big part of it all from WW2 onward, but this technique would work all the way to the beginning of the Republic.

Heck it would work in any nation where this data exists!!!
