Looked into it several years ago. My conclusion was that he had learned advanced knowledge about nature and thus about physics. Much about vortexes, spirals which could be applied to understanding reality to build effective technology. I think he understood parts of what the elite societies understand about reality, that's why they censored and ridiculed him.

Numerous claims of making water "better" for the body and other things have been popping up latest 40 years. Cleaning water by putting electrodes around pipes in your house, "Neutralizing" water by swirling it in a vortex (related to victor schauberger) and ionizing it claiming almost miraculous properties.
Few of these have, imo, been validated in actual science, but we all know "science" is like a religion nowadays for the most part and also part of the propaganda machine.
I don't know what works or not and in which ways, but I do think that placebo is always active in these cases. The human mind is, imo, what is the most interesting field to explore. I think it will lead us to an understanding of why stuff works for some and not for others.
