It's too late to replace Joe Biden on the ballot as a matter of the laws of the States. Voting has begun, and ballots can't be reprinted. THe dems can't give JB's popular votes to anyone. They can guide the electors they control, however.
The election for all the marbles happens on 15 Dec at the convention of the Electoral College.
