We do have to remember, (If I remember correctly) that part of the Cabal operated by forcing certain people to participate in child abuse to further control them, so we may have a number of people out there who were coerced/threatened
That actually depends on the State you live in, and there are procedures you can go through Court to reinstate your rights ect…
But generally felons haven't taken action or can't afford to restore their rights etc…
